I’m a direct marketing fundraiser who works mainly from home. So I have to take care of my own computer system and all of its needs. Although I’m up on systems analysis (got my MS from Baruch of CUNY years ago!), I haven’t kept up with the new software packages many of us inherit like, McAfee, Dell Support, etc. – and their annoying idiosyncrasies.
