Remote Support via Phone, EMAIL, text or remote control access to your PC is available!

How it works:

• You must already be a client.
• Call the office or cell phone and we will return your call

           within 2 hours.

• Email or Text and we will reply within 1 hour.
• If remote access to your machine is needed we will send an email with instructions for adding your machine to our remote access account.

Rates are only $25 per 15 minute increment*

and results are within minutes instead of hours or days!

*Most problems are resolved with the first 30 minutes.  Should we need to dispatch to your site, remote support charges will be waived in lieu of onsite charges.
