HOURS AND RATES

For your convenience, my current business policies and rates are outlined below.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

(Prearranged off hours support available)

Computer Repair and Services:

On-site rate: $90/hour - Within Barnstable area $45 minimum

                                   Outside Barnstable, $90 minimum.

Emergency On-Site Rate: (outside normal business hours):

$125/hour, one hour minimum.

Remote Support

Training:

One-on-one training a/k/a Computer Coaching sessions: = $65/hour. Purchase blocks of 5 in advance for $50 each.

Classroom training = ½ day, $50 per student with an 8 student minimum or $400.

Classes offered include: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Desktop/Computer management, Adobe Contribute (to allow you to update your website) as well as customized training based on your organization's needs.

SOCS offers a reduced rate for Home Users and Non-Profits. Please call or email for a quote.
